I love this place! Friendly and helpful staff, lots of options for all levels of fitness, and many classes to choose from. It is a bit expensive, but worth spending a little money on! The New Well has helped me change my eating habits and I am steadily losing weight and becoming healthy again, which I have struggled with at other "health clubs."
If you get to Grants Pass do not pass up the chance to check this place out! When you walk thru the door you are greeted by a very professional and friendly staff....this club has something for everybody of every age. The workout area is very well balanced for all levels of fitness, from beginners and elderly to the awesome power racks for the more serious lifters. Charge too much.. Make sure you check your card statements. They continue yo charge you and will nit credit even if there is an error. Be wear.
Zumba with the new lights is so fun!! I'm a TERRIBLE dancer. Like I mess up the Cupid Shuffle, that's how bad I am. I'm still pretty new to the class, but the moves are easy to catch on to, and I never feel judged or weird. It's just an hour of fun and a great workout! (If you're not sure about this class, just come stand next to me and we can be lost together �)
They are the biggest scam, will not work with you if unable to make payments, and will not allow you to back out of a year contract, even if health issues arise. Will send you to collections and come up with more money you owe to the club, while your stuck paying the year off for a year membership that you can't even use, Because they are unable to allow you to go. So I would not advise going there, especially for their high cost.
