Awesome new home to work out at I left La Fitness to people who really want to be bothered and might I say Trainer Nadir gave me a really good workout he's well informative and a pleasesnt attitude! Glad to be home in Paterson!

First off the staff is amazing, there truly there to help you with your goals. I have only been there for a few days and I am in love with the spin classes and also amazing just like the amazing spin teacher Marlene Aguirre. You need to try it out.

Never too packed... Plenty of equipment to get the proper exercise needed. The juice bar is amazing! The staff are very nice...and the sauna in the bathroom is life.. Lol all in all a very nice place to work out and get fit... Plus the free parking is a plus.
Love club metro gym, they always have clean machines and I love the spinning class👏
