I never took a spin class until now. I love my spin instructor Marlene. She is very caring and wonderful person. She made sure that everything was ok and made me feel at home.
Always a thorough workout. My recent visit was special. I must have arrived at a time where there was no wait for anything. I had my plan, got in, worked everything I intended and was out within an hour. Thank you Club Metro!
