I have been trying to contact more than 1 month but no answer via phone, email or text. Even the leasing office does not answer the call or open the office door. It is really weird, i am curious how people contact you.
Moved in on Easter March 2024. Given dirty apartment with no heat. Manager took copies of social security card with full number exposed and has physical copies of all confidential IRS documents in locked drawer at her desk. I asked her to redact the ssns due to the possibility of personal identity information being accessed by other staff in the office and She refused. So now I have to monitor my credit file weekly.
