Same problem as others here, cancelled my membership and they continue to take money. Customer serice might write here that they are sorry and to contact them but when you speak to them they do nothing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced
I have cancelled my membership and moving on to another gym. It was always friendly, staff approachable, clean.I cancelled 4 weeks ago due to an incident which I belived could have been handled better but it wasn't and now you have lost good staff. I believe the culture has changed as an older lady it can be very conforting. I placed my cancellation in 4 weeks ago and was told I would have a call to ask for my reason but up until till now nothing I feel that they dont care why, Which is disappointing. Great gym, friendly staff, clean machines and weights, amazing PTs and good atmosphere - always happy to come into Club Lime!!
