NO Wi-Fi AT THIS LOCATION!!! I joined at the Chesterfield location on 2/10/19. Paid in advance for two years, easy enough process. Never received a copy of my contract. After a couple phone calls was told to come in person and speak to Danny. On 2/18 Danny was not able to provide me a copy of my contract but assured me it would be emailed to me. RecommendedClub Fitness is a nice gym, however the men’s locker room always smells bad, you would think that’s a given, but it’s worse than normal! Just saying! Air Freshener anyone!!

I've been trying to cancel my membership since December. Was told then it was taken care of. We'll I was charged in January. Called on February 24 to speak with a manager and explained the situation. Was again told that it would be taken care of and I would receive an email confirmation. Never did. Stopped by today and the girl didn't know how to do a cancelation. Manager was on his way in so I had to wait... On my lunch hour... For him to get there to do it. now I have to fight with corporate to see if I can get at least $2... read more
