Club Fitness as a whole has a horrible business practice and continues to scam members with bogus charges that no one explains when signing their contracts. I would stay as far away from any Club Fitness as you can to avoid random and insane charges to your card for things like an annual fee. Have you ever seen a commercial that mentions an annual fee? I come to the gym during the slow hours so that I have axcess to more equipment but often when I'm here there is normally a group of 2-6 trainers who u are always using the squat racks and its too difficult to work in with that many people. It would be nice if the company restricted how many employees can use equipment at the same time. This location also needs a major upgrade. The free weights are in a hot, damp, dungeon. The locker rooms are tiny and there is no tanning or sauna like the newer locations.
Love this location. Only thing is I'm hoping they add a sauna and theatre room just like the other locations that are opening up. Will definitely give it 5 stars then
The manager Tatum Polk runs a tight ship Hampton Village is awesome
Yoga classes with Jill are incredible. I particularly love the setup at this club fitness then some of the others. All thr areas are separated by walls and sections. There is even a basement area where you can lift or go into "The dungeon" and flip tires.
