A bit intimidating but very motivating environment at the same time. I like taking yoga classes there. Looking forward to trying the "butts and guts" class soon too. #wishmeluck lol
There are 2 handfuls of the machines that aren't operable. I don't understand that but it's my preferred location.
Needs a serious update on machines and equipment. Looks like the same equipment from when they first opened. Of course a sauna and steam room would be nice. Overall the staff are pretty nice the trainers aren't really though.
If you are a serious lifter go somewhere else..60% of the people there just take up space and don't have any idea what they're doing. 40% of the trainers actually know what they're doing. Also, don't ever mention or show your tanning lotion because they'll say it'll damage the beds and not let you use it. Forcing you to buy their junk over priced lotions. All in all , go somewhere else.. staff are friendly tho
