I have faithfully come to this gym since Oct 2014. Since then, the cleanliness and upkeep of this Club Fitness location is getting worse every day. Numerous cardio and workout machines do not work properly, the workout floor is disorganized and cluttered and the locker rooms are disgusting. I will say that I am happy now that the location has 24 hour access as I can now avoid the disappointment and headache of arriving at 4:30AM and a front desk associate not arriving to unlock the doors to allow access. RecommendedIt’s ok but honestly the only reason I come to this one is because I meet up with my friend. The other days of the week I go to the O’Fallon location (older one on M). That one is older but the equipment is always working and this one has issues with the equipment constantly breaking down. Staff is nice and I get my workout done but if I had to choose, I’d make my friend drive out to O’Fallon

Wow where to start... The $1 sign up fee is not true, they immediately turn around and hit you with a yearly membership fee on top of the monthly fee The $20 a month is a lie it’s really $32 The Cancelation fee is not $50 it’s really $60 On top of being lied to about how much this place really cost to have a membership I also had problems with the staff... RecommendedThe availability of the equipment and the classes that they offer. There is always enough staff on duty that’s available if there’s any questions. Another thing that I like about it is that it’s always clean.

RecommendedFriendly, non-judgemental place to work out. super clean facility with high quality equipment.
My only complaint is some of the machines need to be replaced especially some of the ellipticals. They don’t work or the buttons stick or the heart rate monitors doing their own thing without even being touched. Other then that. I enjoy working out at this gym.
