Always feels like family.......love being there.....
I can't tell you about Alton, because I am at Wood River Club Fitness. (Been training going into my second year with a good trainer, Kevin who has helped me to overcome so much in my life.) But Alton is getting a great manager in Will. He is such a good worker at keeping everything going smoothly. He has a very friendly personality & makes you feel like you are welcome every time you come in. We're so sorry to loose him to Alton, but wish him much success there.

Staff is friendly and happy to see me every single time I work out. Even when I forget my towel or water and walk past the desk a few times, they are just as happy to see me. If I have a question everyone is friendly and help me. Also Josh is a patient and knowledgeable personal trainer and help me to see that there is hope for me yet :D
The place is clean all equipment are clean,,,the bathroom clean and the staff are grateful
