The facility itself is good, but my boyfriend and I would get charged with double the amount every month on two different dates, over-drafting our accounts, showing returns for things that didn’t make any sense.. The staff isn’t very helpful, and will give you the run around with several corporate numbers. Overall very disappointed with my experience here. MEMBERSHIP CANCELED.
the gym is clean but smells like a sewer by the lockers. It is enough to make me want to go back to Nautilus Fitness Center
I was happy at Club Fitness until recently. I had a memebership for me and my 14 yo son but he wasn’t using his membership so I canceled just his. So I thought. I continued going for a few more months not knowing why my card wasn’t working on the door. Then I find out that not only was my sons membership canceled but mine was too. The classroom felt like I was walking into an oven. Very uncomfortable!! The ceiling fans wasn't any help with cooling the room off any.!! These are the same poor ceiling fans that are at the Collinsville CF. I've send an email to corporate some months ago about needing more fans at Collinsville C F.
