I have tried to cancel my membership 3 times because I moved to Chicago. They keep taking money from my account. They keep telling me that they never got my request..... yeah right. I have heard that this has happened to multiple people. I honestly feel like they are stealing from me. I would never recommend Club Fitness to anyone. Its a shame.
Absolutely terrible customer service! I know and understand that their contract says 30 day notice.(that you have to unfortunately mail in) However, you would think that after paying for a full year for 2 people that they would be willing to make an exception and not charge you one last time for a month you likely won't use because you haven't used it all year. Well, they won't because I suppose they feel they have to squeeze that last drop of money out of you before you cancel them. Plus they are actually very rude about it... read more
