completely shady with ZERO customer service from the club & corporate.
if you have an open agreement with them and cancel your membership they will still charge you for an entire month after you cancel. canceling because COVID has affected me financially but hey let's charge you more money you don't have..... this has solidified a reason for me to never return to this gym.
Seemed like an ok gym until trying to cancel. Due to corona virus, I’m just not comfortable returning to the gym. Despite my attempts since early July to cancel and obtain reimbursements, I have gotten no where! The manager of Torrington would not return my calls, which I made approximately three per week for several weeks to the point where his staff would say, “he hasn’t gotten back to you yet”? Great deals, inexpensive, currently no contract, and not too busy. They have TVs on the treadmills, which is a nice distraction, plus in the back there’s a dark theater room full of treadmills. Full range of new equipment and an entire room for abs, not that I’ve been in there yet.🤷🏻♂️. Definitely recommend!
Complete crooks shady as (heck) staay away if you value your hard earned money
Love this gym! Trainers and staff are very friendly and high energy keep it fun to work out! Love the classes and especially love the h.y.p.e. program❤️
I love this club, clean and modern, only complaint is they classes they offer are limited and not very creative. Bring on more yoga, pilates, pound, strength training and boxing. Zumba is done, let’s move on from that fad
