I booked my house. Mentioned my mom's house has never been cleaned in 30 years and she's on fixed income. Crew finished my house early and said "we have time, let's do your mom's dryer vent for free, just to be safe." They found it 95% blocked. Mom baked them cookies. They refused payment. I cried. They said "we take care of our community." I referred 12 people since. Companies like this deserve to be busy.
Listing agent said "make the house smell new." We had ducts cleaned 2 days before listing photos. The before video was embarrassing - 17 years of dust, pet hair, and debris.
