Very aweful customer service. VW of America called me asking how service at Clovis VW is and it's aweful.2 wrongs don't make it right.Richard in financial is aweful. He told me he will let me know my options for loans and gave me none, but pulled my credit five times. Clovis VW won me back today as a customer... they went above and beyond to help me in a situation and I am thankful.
My experience was with parts. I believe the gentleman who helped me was John. John was fantastic he was extremely helpful and patient. He found what I needed and ordered it. I had it the next day which was surprising because I ordered it Friday and had it Saturday. I had been to the other VW dealer in the area and was told I needed to buy a 120 part which was NOT WHAT I NEEDED. The part I needed was 12 dollars. Service was excellent, not pushy and our purchase went very smooth.
I called the service department to get a reset code for my factory radio my battery had been changed and the radio went into "safe mode" Volkswagen website advised to retrieve the code is a free service. The advisor Michael laughed and said it was 75.00. Thanks Michael without the laugh I would have just called another dealer or paid the 12.95 in the internet to get the code.
