Property at 750 Boston Common is not kept up, and it keeps getting rented to tenants who do not have the grass cut. A tree is overgrown on the property and needs to be trimmed, and the gutters are falling off the condo.The backyard no longer has a porch, and the same roof has been on the property for over 20 years without a replacement.
Would not recommend. My application was declined about two months ago and was told that they will let me know when there's other available properties but never did. Their agents are unprofessional
Tried calling about a rental property but he said he couldn't talk and hung up on me. Called back and left my number and nobody called me back. It was very frustrating but thankfully I found a much better rental house with someone that was happy to take my money.
Scam. It says they accept section 8 on the site & he didn’t even process the application bc it was section 8 after charging. Very unprofessional . Shall be reporting to BBB. Con-artist
