Interesting that the reviews from 7 months ago are identical. When I moved here in 2020 it was amazing.. the property remained clean, Taylor was best property manager, and maintenance was efficient. A year ago they sold the property to BMG Philly & it’s been HORRIFIC! There’s no management on site(EVER)! So, as residents we receive mass texts + emails, maintenance is extremely slow and always through different contracting agencies. I put a request in Dec 25 & it didn’t get fixed until May 26. Cloverly Park Apartments is truly a wonderful place to live. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, and the grounds always look great. Great place to live! I’ve been a tenant for a couple of years now and have been very happy. The management company responds quickly to requests, and the property is always well maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in the area.
I recommend this place!! I lived at Cloverly Park for a while, and overall it was a good experience. The property was clean, the area stayed quiet, and the location made everyday errands easy. The office was responsive, and maintenance handled things reliably. My apartment was comfortable with enough space, though you can occasionally hear neighbors above, nothing major. If I wasn’t moving for personal reasons, I probably would’ve stayed longer.
