Fix the pest issue this is terrible
Apartments are beautiful and neat. I must add, it was a pleasure meeting the property manager- Ms. Lauren Clapper. She was great!
I been a tenant since February 2015 . I love it here quite exception for one but not bad for 9 years the building clean . I’m going to miss it here no matter where you live there may be a little hiccup but can be fixed a great place to live . If it wasn’t for medical reason of me need to be closed to family I will stay . So if your looking for a safe clean quite place to live make CLOVERLY PARK APARTMENT YOUR NEXT HOME
There is no cleaning inside or outside of the building, pests, roof leaking. The elevator has not been working for over a year. Today they decided to cut down a large pine tree near the building without the consent of the residents! This tree provided shade, it was a home for birds and squirrels, it provided oxygen to the area and it was beautiful! Now they decided to cut down the tree that has grown here for hundreds of years for no reason
I went to visit my friend here and let me tell you… it was TERRIBLE! There was trash in the hallways, the elevator is completely broke, and I saw bugs. It looks like they do not care about this property whatsoever. As a property manager myself, I cannot believe this management company is still active. Someone needs to investigate them for this heinous property! I told my friend to end the lease because she’s paying for a low quality environment.
