So the apartments was sold. My question is to who and why want they do the new owners paperwork and old owners do your part of the paperwork. Why do you not replace old things that are unsafe. Have fixing things
Bad apartment and bad management they let the staff fight residents than put the residents out for saying anything especially if you are white!!! Needs to be shut down
