Very poor hospitality with rude
So the apartments was sold. My question is to who and why want they do the new owners paperwork and old owners do your part of the paperwork. Why do you not replace old things that are unsafe. Have fixing things
Bad apartment and bad management they let the staff fight residents than put the residents out for saying anything especially if you are white!!! Needs to be shut down
Unfortunately I have to give a star but if I could live a review with no stars I most definitely would! This place is a joke they prey on the week! They know thing is rough and they don’t do anything there is a shooting every other night there is car break ins every night there is constant break ins. They don’t fix your apartment they don’t care about any kids safety!! All they care about is the government funding!!!! I will never live here again!!! The worst apartments I ever lived in so far, in my life 0/10 wouldn’t recommend it. The property manager is a slumlord and the new company that took over is just as bad as the previous one. Very unsafe community, constant shootings/always on the news, mice and roach infested, very old and outdated.The worst of the worst, no working heat in the winter, and no working air in the summer.
