I took my rings to be sized, hesitant to take them anywhere with all the bad experiences people are having across the river region. I was extremely pleased! I really like that he doesn't have to send them off and is able to size them at shop. I had them back in less than 24 hours instead of weeks! Rick was great to work with made my experience very pleasant. He has some amazing pieces if the shop. Definitely stop in and shop. I have already started a wish list!

I have been following Rick Bailes/Cloverdale Jewelers’ posts for quite a while and decided to go in to the shop(don’t know why it took me so long as I live only a few blocks from there) and have a look at the jewelry. Once inside it wasn’t shopping anymore-it was an experience to me.I LOVE jewelry and for anyone else that loves jewelry like I do please give it a go. Rick is a great guy! This is a great store with great prices. Went in this weekend and Rick was very helpful and we even got a free bracelet for shopping. They have some very cool and unique pieces.

I needed a ring sized. I was very nervous about taking it to just any place. I have heard horror stories with “River Regions best”. That you take your pieces in for repairs and the owner would go to pick it up and then realizes that some stones have been swooped out?!? Well I felt very at ease with my whole experience! I had my ring back within the hour! I highly recommend Cloverdale jewelry! And look forward to my next visit!
