Great customer service! Besides the beautiful jewelry, you need to know that Rick Bailes is more than just a jewelry salesman. After a slip and fall that broke my leg/ankle in 6 places; making in impossible for me to run errands as usual, my nose piece on my eyeglass broke off. My husband carried them to Rick at Cloverdale Jewelers; He fixed them like new while my husband waited. On a Saturday no less; This same repair at an Optical store would have taken days while I hobbled around in drug store glasses. Rick had me back in... read more
