Muy mala atención, no es una compañía seria, te venden aires y después no responden a las garantías, no los recomiendo para nada
No lo recomiendo, primero vendió un Minisplit diciendo que esa marca era de la Gree, dato que causaba dudas pero se confió en el, luego al tener que responder con la garantía del equipo se esconde y no da solución al problema, bloquea los números para que no le llamen y no contesta de otros, se recuesta a que tiene que pedir la pieza a la fábrica en china, o sea ya lo de Gree era mentira. En fin no lo recomiendo, una persona muy deshonesta.
A few days ago, I had one Cloud Comfort mini split installed in one of my properties. The installer discarded the manual. I was able to contact Cloud Comfort thru their message platform in their website, asking for a pdf of the unit's Remote Control Manual and to my surprise they responded within minutes and sent me a pdf copy. Their customer service is excellet. Thank you Cloud Comfort. Keep up the good work!
