Ariel went above and beyond for me. I was unhappy with my first pedicure, so I reached out to her about what to do. Not only did she redo my pedicure, but she made sure to give me a luxurious treatment. She was very informative and I learned a lot as well about the different services. What I love most, is that she made sure her customer service was excellent and well above my expectations. Not only will I be back, but I will look forward to my time in the future at Cloud 9 Nail salon.
