It was a relaxing, clean, and friendly environment. It smells great inside because of the orange slices they put in the water for the pedicures, instead of overwhelming you with the scent of nail polish. I got a mani/pedi for $50 which included massage, exfoliating scrub, and hot towel wrap. I paid with card and left the tip that I wanted to without any pressure at all. I was all smiles with how I looked and felt when I left. Thank you Clou Nail Boutique for excellence!
I was 9 months pregnant when I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. When I went to pay, I was informed that the credit card machine was down so I had to walk to the store nearby to take out some cash. When I exhaustedly returned and tendered the cash, the technician decided how much tip she deserved and only gave me a portion of my change instead of giving me my full change and allowing me to tip her myself.
