I was there today and bought a scarf and two sweaters. While cashing out I noticed a snag in the scarf. I then notice two snags. I asked the clerk if I could exchange it for one if ones that was the same exact one to which she said “NO. WE’RE CLOSING AND WE DON’T OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. I said you have a pile of the same scarfs over there and I haven’t even left the store. She said it’s out of our inventory and each identical scarf has a different number.

Second hand shopping not only good for the budget, it is a fun way to reduce your environmental footprint! This is my favorite store, always able to find a great deal on high quality clothes in good or even brand-new condition. Huge selection and a very comfortable environment for shopping. Caution, it is easy to lose an hour or 2 of your day in here. 😁

I had my just 3 year old daughter old with me who needed to use the bathroom and the clerk would not allow her to use the bathroom. I would not buy anything from a store who won’t allow a child who is potty training to use the bathroom.
