Really happy with my 1st visit at Clothes Mentor. Bought tops, pants, shoes and a purse. No shoddy stuff here and prices are very fair.

Pretty disappointed TODAY. I shop there regularly. I had received Visa gift cards as a gift and was unable to use them . I was informed that their system does not accept Visa gift cards.

They have do many nice items, I especially like the purses, go every chance can
Very rude and insulted me telling me I brought in clothes older than her. She almost refused to give my stuff back to me after I told another lady not to bother bringing her stuff in unless it is newer, which in fact is part of their buying rules.

These clothes were clearly from a much older person. I took the time and looked through each and every items, picking out a handful of items that were suitable for resale. I love this store it's the best in Rochester! I make this my 1st stop when looking for a designer new pc. Plenty of great choices. The hand bags are to die for. Love y'all.

My 1st time there, & it took over an hour for them to go thru my bags & bought 1 thing for $2.80.... I lost $, regret my purchase now... What a waste of my aftenoon! Could of at least folded my items back, instead of shoving them back in my bags all messy. Not happy!
