Took brand name clothing,shoes and Louis Vitton purse to the store today. Lady behine the register was rude, unfriendly and refused 2/3 of my items including the purse. Said I had to come back another day to have the "manager" verify that it was really a Louis Vitton. I told her I spent over $465 on it and she just shrugged! If you have items you want to sell I recommend you take them to Snooty Fox where they treat you as a valued customer. Had a great time last night at Girls Night Out. It can be difficult as a mom to get away for an entire evening so this was perfect! We were there for an hour or so had fun. Kimmy's Cupcakes are amazing too!!

I am NOT impressed with this store at all. It got the one star, because it wouldn't offer a lower rating. the clothing is priced too high for what they have available. Very little plus size sized clothing. And the staff, my experience with them was NOT a good one. most of them need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. for example, DON'T be a snobby smart-aleck if you want your business to grow or at the very least, have repeat customers.
