Great staff, so friendly and helpful. The store itself is so well organized and an excellent selection.
My mother and I came up here to liquidate several hand bags and a leather jacket. We have come to this location many times in the past, all of which have been successful trips with no issues with other staff members. This particular trip has greatly disappointed us, and we are shocked by the treatment we have received. The woman that was looking at the handbags refused to take any of them, plus the jacket, due to everything being “odorous.” Keep in mind, she wouldn’t describe what the odor was. Was told by a worker they buy perfume/cologne so I brought in three niche fragrances they denied all three bc one was a men’s which is reasonable then denied the other two bc they couldn’t authenticate. You mean you can’t compare the batch codes on the bottle and box, take the cap off and inspect the cap and nozzle ?……CRAZY waste of my time. I waited from 1-2:20 pm.
This location is very racist towards sellers of color and doesn’t buy anything that other people haven’t stolen to sell to them. Literally Ross put an order out that they are accepting stolen goods and are not doing anything about it.
The good.. I love this store for buying nice 2nd hand clothes, shoes, and some purses. Most times they have just what I need. Other times I find something totally unexpected that I just have to have even though I have no idea what or where I will wear it. The store is very well organized but I would love to see more plus size items that were younger looking styles in better fabrics. Lots of solid black thin clingy cheap materials.
