Dropped off for the first time. While the dropping off service was quick, I came home to review what they didn’t take and frankly found it ridiculous. Two items were claimed not taken because of “condition”, however no items in the bag had been worn more than once or twice and had no stains, tears, etcetera. I’ve also seen the condition of some of the clothes in store and they were very well loved. I hit the designer fashion jackpot at this place! Multiple designer purses, jeans, jewelry, blouses, all for what I might have paid retail for a purse. The racks are not only arranged by size, but also by clothing type and color. I will definitely go back.

I brought in two giant bags of clothing, tons of it was brand new with the tags still on… They took two items… A cheap dress from Old Navy and a $90 designer brand dress with the tag still on. They offered me $5 for both items and told me it was $2.50 each. Their system makes no sense, I should not have gotten the same amount for a designer dress as a cheaply made dress from Old Navy.
