Never ever going back to this store again. Today I brought in a $120 pair of Talbot's patent leather kitten heel pumps. GEORGEOUS! Navy blue. And they told me "sorry we just wouldn't be able to sell these". Are you kidding me? Do you know how nice these shoes are? Do you even know what Talbot's is? Have you seen the shabby worn out cheap shoes that are currently on your shelves, from Forever 21 and H&M? Anyone who knows quality would have snatched these Talbot's pumps right up. This is by far the BEST Clothes Mentor store that I have even been to! The employees are so friendly and helpful! It is a long drive for me to get there but it is so worth it! There is always new merchandise in the store & I have found so many awesome items at this location. Looking forward to my next shopping adventure!

My mom purchased a watch and when she was showing me her 45.00 watch I said mom this is from Claire's. I looked it up and same watch is 14.00 at Claire's. They said it was Michael kors. We took it in and she said well I'll give you your money back and look into it. As she proceeded to take the 45.00 price tag and 14.00 watch brand new to put it back. She also told us to look stuff up before purchasing.

We have trained all of our buyers to spot for designer and non designer items, but occasionally we can make a mistake. Selling here is an absolute waste of time. Every time I bring in my clothes, they don't accept any of them. Some of my items have tags on them and all of them are name brands - New York and Co., Maurices, Buckle, etc. Whats even more frustrating is browsing through the racks and seeing what they actually have bought and knowing what you're trying to sell at least doesn't have stains or holes in it. Ugh, so annoying.
