While I still believe a customer satisfaction survey (random) is needed, the service I received at the arboretum location on Friday was a 4 out of 5 which is great since they were very busy and a welcomed improvement, kudos on improving the shopping experience for your customers.
'Store Policy'- more like 'Only if I would wear this policy'_ BRAND NEW pair of Michael Kors jeans, MULTIPLE Loft, Lauren Conrad, Guess, & designer tops WITH tags but they could only 'accept' ONE Loft shirt for a whopping $3. They don't go by store policy. They go by what they would wear. And to tell people they have 'wear'_ hmm, in clothing with tags? BS! We are selective at times with brands, age of the item (2 year window) and styles that are harder for us to sell, since we pay customers cash and do not consign. Just moved to Charlotte and was absolutely thrilled to find a store with such great customer service. I've been very disappointed in this big city and get the feeling that businesses don't really care anymore because they don't have to. On my first visit, they welcomed me and explained how their store worked and then even helped me find items for my MIL. I took several items there to sell waited an hour to be told that none of my items were worthy to be placed in their store. During the wait I saw several of the brands on the rack for sale that I had brought in but was told that my items were outdated. How do women straight leg slacks in great condition ever go out of style. They say name brand but there are items there for sale from Old Navy and Target but they wouldn't accept a pair of Enzo Angiolini shoes from me.
