Our return policy is 7 days with tag and receipt for a full refund. We do have to refund you the way you paid. We cannot refund in cash if a credit card was used to purchase. We can refund your return on any card, it doesn't have to be your husband's. Stop by. We would be happy to do that for you. 😊
My daughter and I were GREETED when we walked in the door! They took the time to explain how things worked and we went home VERY happy with our purchases! GREAT prices for women of ALL ages!
I think the layout of the store is great and well organized. I'm only rating a two, however, because the website specifically states that they accept certain labels that I was told this past weekend they absolutely don't. I specifically checked BEFORE taking anything in so I didn't have to tote around more than I needed to. Had I known that a couple of the brands/labels weren't even going to be considered, I wouldn't have bothered with organizing and bringing them. Great finds and very helpful
I was told they couldn’t offer me anything for my items get back home with my stuff and finally have a chance to go through it to try to sell outside of them and 3 pairs of pants, 2 bracelets, some shirts are missing but they couldn’t offer me anything... this place is crap.
