All the workers are extremely rude at this location. I brought in two bags of clothes that were all name brand (J Crew, The Loft, Ann Taylor, and clothes I bought from boutiques) in perfect condition. As soon as I walked up to the counter an older woman gave me an odd look and told a young lady to "check my brands before they did anything further." Got $300 for a bag of clothes I brought in. Super nice and awesome selection
I've sold several times with this store. I was told my clothing wasn't the style they prefer--I wear Ralph Lauren, JJill, and Lands End. However, I'm over 40 and plus sized. The buyers are never over 20 or so. Their plus sized choices are limited and not very stylish. Clearly for much younger women and not professional women. It's a shame. I won't go back.
I just went into this location to sell two bags of clothing. There were quite a few people working and this was my first time selling. The girl told me to put my bags on the counter and as I did I stood and waited. After I stood there for ten minutes I ask to confirm I'm in the right line. She tells me the line is five to my left and that I wasn't in it.
