We went shopping here today when they had a 90% off sale. When my daughter was ready to check out they said they couldn't check out clearance items after 6. There were no signs staying this nor did they announce it. They close at 8. It was 6:23. We'll not go back again
They are much more concerned with buying your clothes than selling what they already have. Went up to the register twice and nothing until I was walking out. I’m in customer service and you always say something to let the customer know you are not ignoring them.
Was at this location Friday afternoon to sell items. The blonde older lady with glasses (didn't get her name, I assume she is management) needs a lesson in customer service. This wasn't my first interaction with this lady, however I just thought the first time she was maybe having a bad day. Now I know this is her everyday self. I will not be back and will make sure to pass the word on to others of the unprofessional service this store gives!!! Very disappointing first (and last) trip to Clothes Mentor last night. I took two bags of clean, neatly folded, name brand clothing -- all in excellent condition. I was told they were not interested in even one item of my clothing. These were items from Ann Taylor, The Loft, Banana Republic, White House Black Market, The Limited. Not one item was worthy. But even worse, when I got my clothes back, they had been thrown back into my bags, wadded up. All in all, a very negative experience and I will never go back.
Poor Customer Service everytime.. I just shop and do minimum speaking to anyone even at check out.. They look at me like why is she acting this way.. I'm thinking I'm not acting just mimicking you.. drops mic.. smh..
Great selection of gently used clothing. Love this place!!
