RecommendedI need to dress professionally but my wardrobe is limited by my budget. I'm so grateful to have this store as an option. Just like any second hand store, you may need to inspect your buys a little more closely. But 95% of what I have found has been fantastic. And I have had nothing but great customer service and kindness when I have needed help or resolution on something that wasn't in great condition. I appreciate this store and all of the women who work here!
Very poor customer service. Down right RUDE. First time there and will NOT be returning back.
I was in the store a couple weeks ago and found a purse I really loved. I took it to the register and was told it had been sold online already. Needless to say, I was very unhappy!! I was standing in the store with cash and was informed that it had been sold a couple of hours ago and they'd forgotten to take it off the rack. I really am peeved about it and don't think I'll go back.
This used to be a nice, classy place to shop for name brand clothing for working professionals, but it seems to have gone downhill. Customer service isn’t what it used to be. Clothing quality down and not something I would wear at the office. They put security tags nowhere near a seam, so they damage the material.
Prices are too high, especially for the quality of the clothing.Sassy Fox has much better quality.
I heard about Clothes Mentor and thought it would be a great way to get extra money. I had quite a bit of clothing that they accepted but they failed to tell me that I would need to come back before 6pm that day to pick up my clothes or the money that they would give me! They kept calling me and telling me I need to pick them up but I was at work and out of town so I wouldn’t have been able to get them until a few days later. I brought in a carload of clothes. The associates were patient with explaining the process. It took a while for them to assess my clothes but I expected a wait. I was pleased with the amount of money I received. The store is organized and cleaner that most department stores. I would come back.
