Absolute rip off! The materials are the same you find at Home Depot! These guys came out and sold me on a design for my two closets. I trusted that they knew what they were doing, boy was I wrong to do that! They charged me almost $4000 for a job that should have cost $1500, (maybe) STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

I would urge you to take a very close look at the products you would find at Home Depot or similar. Spent over 10,000.00$. 8 hr install plus call backs. Looks like a l**** installation. Holding back money in the hopes tgey cam repair their mess. Drawers uneven. Verticles not meeting up. Scratches. Molding incomplete and poorly matched. Pure disaster and Im being kind.

We are working with Mr C******* on making his project right. We install thousands of jobs in the Central Florida market, but sometimes we have human error. In this case we did, and we hope that Mr C******* will judge our final product. The review here (**********) were submitted the Saturday after Thanksgiving when our offices were closed, so our hope is that we can turn this one-star review into a 4 or 5-star review once complete on 12/12/19.
My master closet is being installed as I type this. So far, the shelves are the standard, not the upgraded shelves I wanted. Although they are crediting me that cost, it doesn't make me any happier that I didn't get what I wanted and ordered. Now I just found out that the accent top that I wanted is not going all the way around the closet system, so it looks incomplete. This is not the least expensive system at all. It was rather up there in cost and I did check out other companies. The installers are very nice and polite.... read more

I had so many issues with the people in this company that the process was exhausting for me. The quality of the materials is cheap and just a year after installation I called to have a faulty lock replaced, it was broken when installed, molding was never attached properly meaning it was just placed on top of the unit and not glued or nailed, the front shoe lips came off and upon inspection are held on by two flimsy nails, the drawers in my jewelry case are crooked and separating.
