Overall the closet that we ordered from the Closet Factory was nice for our kid’s room however the service was not as amazing. Our expected date of completion was in November, before thanksgiving, and it was actually fully completed in January. It was a lot of back and forth with incorrect measurements, materials and availability hence the 3 star rating. For what the cost of what we’ve paid, in my opinion was not worth my wild.
I did my closets with closet factory ! Celestte was a great help and understood all my needs and customized our closets exactly how we wanted them! i definitely recommend their company!
