Our experience with Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale was fabulous! Mark came to our house and personally looked at the space we needed to design. We worked together through numerous design modifications to make the space exactly what we wanted. Mark was very patient during that process to assure that we got the design that would work best while staying within our budget. We had one minor issue during installation but Mark addressed it promptly! He went above and beyond and that is greatly appreciated!!!!

The experience with Mark Sidell from Closet Factory was very satisfactory from beginning to end. It started with very professional evaluations of the work to be done at my home, a very pleasant meeting with my Designer Mark Sidell at the Closet Factory Showroom, a walk through the company and their products, then the installation which was very professional and efficient (completed in one day, originally projected for two days). Preparing to sell home and move to another part of Florida. Mark Sidell designed the Master Walk-In closet which had a number of difficult challenges. Bottom line...CLOSET LOOKS GREAT!

Mark Sidell did not let us down! He delivered everything that we wanted in our Home Office. Every detail is finished expertly. The Murphy Bed he installed proved very comfortable to our first guest. The men who labored here were professional, courteous, and cleaned up when they were done. This project will be appreciated long after the newness wears off because everything has a place and can be stored neatly and orderly. Hats off to Mark Sidell from the Closet Factory. From A-Z, he was as complete as a designer/rep could be. He was focused on my needs, prompt and punctual, presented recommendations that worked perfectly and last but not least, he was able to work the financials to fit my budget. Great experience.

We just love Mark Sidell from Closet Factory, Ft.Laud.! We had another company come to give us a bid but all they could do is email us a number for the job. We wanted someone who would work with us and Mark was a godsend. He really knows his stuff and made sure we didn't forget even the smallest details that would have made a big difference. The master bedroom closet was in such disarray, that I had to do something. My daughter mentioned the Closet Factory from Costco so I made the call. Patrick was very informative with his examples of a closet remodel. We scheduled the install and I was very happy with the results. The center shelves have room for shoes as well as other items. The strap style baskets fit wonderfully inside can be used for socks, t shirts, bed linen etc. I will be updating the other closets soon. Diana K. 5/05/2015

This is the 3rd project I have done with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. They have all been outstanding from start to finish. I am sure they will be more to come.

These people do not follow up if you have a problem. I have reached out to them six times over the last 90 days and they do not respond. Simple issue and I can not get them to fix it. There loss I will never do business with then again.
