I would highly recommend using the Closet Factory in Deerfield. I am from NJ and Jessica Bentley made the installation happen with us out of town. It was so nice being able to come home to our Florida home and everything was to our expectations. I already had her call me brother and he is also happy with the whole process.

We loved all the ideas that the showroom in Deerfield gave us. My husband never knew how involved a closet could get, but the Closet Factory really makes the room custom. Our designer Jessica Bentley showed us the designs in a private room and allowed us to make some changes to get it perfect. Never thought it would be a fun process, but it was. Great place to do business with.

It’s not often that in the remodeling industry that things go smoothly, however the staff at the Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale, especially our designer Jessica Bentley facilitated our order and install very well. I’m not one to usually write a recommendation, but this company has their ducks in order. So they deserve more business. I can tell why they have been in business for as long as they have. Don’t bother looking elsewhere. You’ll be happy to spend a little bit more for the stress free experience.

From the designer Jessica Bentley to the amazing show room, Closet Factory in Deerfield is the only way to go in my opinion. She was on time to our appointments (which is very rare in Florida) and the company went out of their way to make the process an enjoyable one. The whole staff was great in changing my installation date with no worries. I look forward to my future projects with Jessica.

This is not the first time my wife and I have used Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. He also built us a beautiful home office which we love. This time we asked him to replace some aged sliding doors which were installed by the builder with a higher quality solution that would match the other work we've done in our home. We have been in the process of building a new home for over 2 years, and the Closet Factory in Ft Lauderdale was the best vendor we worked with hands down. Jessica Bentley was the personal design consultant assigned to us and she was an A+. She met with us a few times and went step by step through our designs before we had to make a decision. The professionalism was UN-paralleled to the rest of the competition.

I would highly recommend going with Jessica Bentley with the Closet Factory in Deerfield. She was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. She was not pushy like the other sales people that gave us another quote. Her ability to have patients with us allows us to suggest using this designer and company.

Thanks to Jeanne Hessen I now have closets in my home that I am very proud of. It was such a pleasure to work with her and the Closet Factory. From the very start I knew I was in good hands.
