Closet Factory has been extremely unaccommodating and I am very disappointed with their service. We clearly agreed with the salesperson that demolition and removal of my old shelves was included in the scope and price, and this was my condition for moving forward. Once the job was scheduled, they claimed it was not in the contract and tried to charge me an extra $1,200. I refused and ended up removing the shelves myself the evening before installation.
