My wife and I ordered a laundry room cabinet with a custom design we wanted at an excellent price. On delivery, there was a small measurement error that was immediately corrected. Thank you to Jaime who did the installation and to Adam, the sales supervisor, who ensured that everything happened as promised! Ten thumbs up for Closet Factory - I would use them again...and again!

While I love my closets and didn't initially have any problems with customer service when they were installed 5 years ago, something must have changed because now the customer service is very poor and disorganized. We needed a repair done so I called. The person who was supposed to call me back was Jay. He never called me back. I called about a dozen times "I'll call you back tomorrow!" I can not get the installers out to measure the closet to make a final template since it has an unusual shape. Installation was promised over 2 months ago. They took a large down payment and now could care less My next recourse will be with the state contractors board.I gave them one star because zero was not an option
