Closet Concepts has been fantastic to work with! They have remodeled multiple areas within our home and Ann has always been fun, conscientious, and patient as we worked our way through my ideas. The installers have been some of the best we have ever had inside the homes we have had. There are many choices for custom closets, garages, etc. Closet Concepts proved to be super easy to work with and reasonably priced. In fact, very competitive! Joe and Ann have a great ability to understand your needs and quickly and efficiently create and deliver quality outcomes. Their customer care is wonderful. This is our second experience with Closet Concepts. Both experiences have been exceptional. Lots of choices. Professional design service provided by Ann. Once we had the design for our closets, pantry and garage, Ann came out and took precise measurements. The installation crew was superb, hard-working, productive and attentive to detail. The finished product exceeds our expectations. The Closet Concepts team sets high expectations and delivers. We will continue to use them.
Ann came out to meet us at our home to go through our master closet to see how she could help it function better for us. She came up with new plans within a day or two and was able to answer any questions we had and provide us with different options and pricing.
