Joanna was an absolute delight to work with. We had a substantial project, and she presented us with an impressive array of cost-effective options. Her project presentation was user-friendly, and I particularly enjoyed how she brought the project to life. Matt, Alex, and Jake were all fantastic with the instillation. Jake, was our tear-down representative as well. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The entire team provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Closet Concepts!

We had a great experience from the initial design meeting through installation. Joanna was wonderful to work with and created the perfect design for our mudroom and pantry shelving. The team at Closet Concepts is amazing! We designed and had a mudroom and 2 closets built in our house. Joanna was quick to respond during the design process and accommodated all our requests and gave us great suggestions. The install was quick. We had a small issue I noticed right after they left, called the office and they were back and fixed it within the hour. I’ve had Closet Concepts design spaces for me twice. The first time they saved the day when the existing closet interior came crashing down and I had guests coming for the week. They managed to create space to organize everything in the closet and gave me extra space I didn’t know I had. The second time they designed a master closet and a spare room.
