The design experience was simple and efficient, cost estimates were very reasonable, and the installation experience was flawless. Closets look great, offer HEAPS more functionality, installers showed up on time, had no issues with install, cleaned up afterwards, and went above and beyond trying to locate more style-appropriate hardware. 12 out of 10.
