We had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International in Novi, MI! I sent a request for quote and had a call within a few minutes, appointment to come look at our space to be carpeted within a day. Our job was small and I wanted custom carpet- the owner Trent went above and beyond to set up a new vendor so he could order the exact carpet I wanted so I didn’t have to. I had the Novi branch of FCI replace carpeting throughout my home. Unfortunately, they did a very poor quality job. Many walls were scraped during the installation process, and with regards to the carpet itself, there is one section which was done piecemeal and does not blend well (see picture below).
