Excellent service. Very clean, no wait and sincere care. When you have to go in for something scary, PromptCare is the place to go. Dr. Sollazzo was very kind, personable and smart. Amber at the front desk was also very helpful and kind.
The lady that took my information was very polite and cordial. Dr Kelly was patient and appear sincerely concerned. He was informative and didn’t make me feel rushed. Dr Kelly was both knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend this clinic for any concerns that anyone might have when they are unable to meet with their primary care doctor.
Quick, complete, friendly, and a really cute guy works the front desk, who doesn't bat an eye in regards to whatever weird reason you came in for.
