Real Help Home Care is the worst caregiver company I have worked with. The only reason we used them is because they accepted the insurance. Marie has the poorest communication skills. You will be lucky if she let's you know you have someone coming out. Her voicemail is always full. This company can't get reliable caretakers to show up. If they do show up, they are late. I had a consistent care provider who was excellent and dependable.
Providers are helpful and friendly. Scheduling is sometimes erradic and it makes it harder to schedule my own business.
