I just took my CPL class today at CQT, which I have no complaints about and the instructor Charles Younkin was great. The staff at CQT, however, was horrible! It was unorganized chaos when I arrived and I had to provide my receipt that was paid for months ago, because my name wasn't on their list. Then, when it's time to go shoot, another young kid rents me a revolver and 3 boxes of the most expensive ammo they sell. I didn't know - and I feel totally taken advantage of! Took a class here with my daughter and it was great. Showed up tonight for ladies night and they refused service. Ladies night is supposed to be from 6-9, showed up at 7:45 (called earlier no mention of needing to show up by a certain time) and was turned away. Terrible service! Wasted my gas!

We apologize for the inconvenience Ladies' Night and the weekends tend to be our busiest nights however our wait time is very unpredictable. It depends on how quickly customers finish on the range. We try to accommodate everyone as much as possible. When you arrived we had about an hour or so wait on the range with a full range and wait list for the night. Again, we apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience, hope to see you again soon!
RecommendedThe range & staff are great, the store is great as well. But a 1-1/2 hour wait on a weekend for the range? I think an expansion should be in the works. Other than that, top notch!
I have been to the CPL class and the range on various occasions and I have to say the staff is great. My wife had never shot a pistol before and they were friendly and helpful. You can rent most types of guns to try them before you purchase one. What more could you want?

My daughter and I took our CPL class there, back in November. It was a great experience, would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about taking a CPL class to get their license to carry!
Awful costumer service. Really disappointed with the way I was treated as a paying costumer. I do not recommend buying anything from CQT!!!!
Took my CPL class this past Saturday, and even being a returning customer to CQT, they exceeded my expectations. They're always willing to go above and beyond, and they do at every opportunity they can. I absolutely love this place, and the people that make this place what it is!
Haven't fired a gun since Navy, had lots of silly questions, staff was helpful, patient, understanding and took time to answer all my questions Range was clean well managed and worth the 10 mile drive. Will be back soon and often.
