The range itself is relatively nice compared to other places in Mackomb/Oakland county. Selection of weapons is ok but overpriced, customer service is absolutely atrocious. It is the worst I have ever experienced. Staff talks to everyone like they're stupid, God forbid you ask a question About a weapon or ammo to the "tactical" genius behind the counter (or over the phone), you will be ignored or told They are "too busy" to help you, which was my most recent experience (12/2016). Love the trainin! Did handgun 1-3 already and learned a ton. Can't wait to do private lessons and continue on with carbine!
Just went the other day for the first time. Overall it is a nice facility. Also have a good selection of guns and merchandise. Staff I interacted with was friendly, seemed knowledgable. Only negative I have is the actual experience shooting on the range. Had a moron in the booth next to me who kept pointing his weapon down the line towards me, instead of down range.
