Worst range I have been to, solely based on the poor and rude attitude of the range master. I respect their job to keep people safe, but do not respect someone talking down on others. Will not be back, will not recommend.
Range officer JD is very helpful and a great ambassador for CQT. He is always encouraging and a pleasure interface with. So Al do what you need to to keep him, I like that I can bring beginning/new shooters to your range and have the RO not be intimidating to them, especially women.
Every time I go there I have a blast (pun intended) The staff has been professional and helpful. The facility is the best I've been to.
My wife had ordered a supressor back in August and was told it would be in in 2-3 weeks. Well in the begining of April we still had not received the order. Since April we have been told nothing other than it would be in in 2 weeks. End of April came along and we stopped in again to check on the order, we were then told someone had forgot to order it. Always a great visit, always ready to jump and answer questions without leaving you feeling patronized. The only place I go these days.
Everything was awesome, went in to try out the simulator and but they had to keep turning down the volume until we couldn't hear it anymore and it ruined it.
Just bought my first pistol at CQT. Great overall customer service and very insightful into all of my questions. Josh is the man and if you're looking to get a gun that fits you, go see him. I'll definitely be back for another purchase and some range time. �
