I have been shooting at CQT off and on for about 4 years. The range is excellent. The staff is friendly and always willing to lend a hand. I just completed my CPL class yesterday and it was excellent. The instructor John was engaging and funny. He made the class very interesting and enjoyable while delivering a lot of information. While this was my first training class at CQT it definitely will not be my last.
Overall ... excellent facility with a friendly staff. One thing I would suggest that management change ... is their return/exchange policy on certain items. I bought two (2) shirts (as gifts) but later needed to exchange them for different sizes. I was told I could not ... and that ALL sales are final. With this hard policy in place ... I have to now take my business elsewhere.
I attended the CPL class with Charlie and was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism and the facility was clean and spacious.
Took the CPL 8hr course with my husband this past Saturday. Just wanted to comment that the instructor was excellent. I've been on the fence about acquiring my CPL. I grew up in an anti-gun home. My husband really wanted me to attend. I was extremely skeptical on the need and nervous to handle a gun. Everything the instructor shared hit home. I recently took my CPL/CCW course there and the instructor Charlie was great! I have also been to the range a few times and being a new shooter the staff was VERY helpful. I plan on signing up for more classes that they have to offer!
