I understand that you ask someone to leave because she was showing her FRIEND how to load a magazine not.teaching just helping. I would think the more knowledge a person gets the better it is for everyone. Unfortunately for you your business will suffer because you were quick to judge what was going on and unwilling to listen to any explanation. It was more important to you to play the tough guy. After watching a friend of mine get kicked out of this establishment for showing our friend, a new shooter, how to load a magazine, and an accumulation of other bad experiences in this establishment, such as going on ladies' night, only to find the range closed for women shooters, and watching shooters, a few weeks back, on May 10th, when I went shooting alone, violate several gun range safety rules, but never were they asked to leave, by the GSO (he said it was his first night working alone) watching said shooters, and havi... read more
I had a friend, who is a certified NRA instructor, who was kicked out of the range for showing another friend how to load and unload a magazine into a pistol. Apparently this violates their "no instructors" rules. If you cannot allow someone with her credentials to help a new shooter with a few safety pointers, how safe can your range be? We all should be helping to bring new shooters into the fold.
