The service wasoutstanding. It was done ahead of time and the service work was done in a quality way and effective.
We take ours to them every time we need something.They are always pleasant,fast to get us in and out.Bought both our Escapes there and will get an F-150 later.Have never had a problem,and the service is always done right.
We bought my wife an Escape at the Hickory dealership a couple months back and recently had a small problem with the windshield washer pump going out. Since we live in Marion it was just more convenient to take it to the Morganton dealership to have it repaired. We called and they had my wife bring car in to look at it the same day, the next day the new pump was installed and ready to go. I've taken my work truck here for the the last year and a half for all my oil changes on my work truck and some repairs hoping to get the best work. Yet, Even with their "multi-point" inspection they didn't care enough to check my antifreeze even once after many trips here. I went out of state and my truck froze up full of water, overheated, was towed and cost me $200 more emptying out the radiator which was only full of water risking my head gasket.
