Was told by the License Plate agency in Morganton to take a lost title form, which they provided to Cloniger Ford, just to be filled out and notarized. Cloniger says they couldn't do it, that is was from Ford Company and they would have to do that, all the while telling my wife and I that we might wanna get with the dealership in Morehead City NC to get it done, hypocrite much??!!
