RecommendedCloninger treated me right on my last purchase, they now service both my vechiles. So far they have treated me right and have done a good job.
We had to pay for a transmission on a car that had a recall. Now Ford has to buy these cars back and they want to offer almost what we paid for in transmission expenses. Very disappointed in this company, what it stands for and its product. This is coming from someone who has had a Ford in the driveway for years. This will no longer be occurring and will be shared with multiple people.

I took my 2014 Focus to Cloninger for a recall on the fuel tank. They performed the recall but said that did not fix the issue. The check engine light is still on for that one. Then I took it back for a second recall on the door latches. After they performed that work the back up lights now come on every time I press the brake pedal. They said that they did not cause the issue. It did not do that prior to them working on the car. They told me that they could check it but they would have to charge me. Took my husband's truck into Cloninger service dept today, had appointment for 830. I was there about 815 and two hours later they told me we needed to order a part and the part would be there at 2pm. With the truck already in the shop I had to wait there all day. Never once was I offered a loaner car or a ride anywhere. Finally after my husband made a call at 430, they said it would be 5 more minutes. At 520, I was finally on my way home.
